First Impressions: Nyx Jumbo Eye Crayon


Nyx were never sold in Australia but during the last few months Target have begun to stock Nyx products which is music to any beauty gurus ears.

Although only the main products are stocked at the moment the products range from the famous lip glosses to the Nyx waterproof eyeliner pen. 

Recently I bought the Nyx Jumbo eye crayon (below) 

Although the price was much above what I expected I believe it was worth it because the quality of this product is amazing.

It could be used as an eye shadow base, a high lighter or just an eye shadow this multi purpose product is irresistible. 

It is so pigmented (below) it blends magnificently and it's consistency is flawless. It is a great product to put on your water line because it stays all day! I honestly didn't expect it to stay on my water line all day but it stayed there! It wasn't as bright when it came to the end of the day, never the less it stayed on which I am very happy with.

 I recommend this product to everyone there are no cons (other then the price) and the product works amazingly I would rate it a 8.5/10! Great work Nyx this product is top stuff ;)

 EOS Lip Balm, Colourful and Cute. But are they all the rage?

 I'm sure we can all agree that these eye catching little treats are irresistible, and I can agree they have very minimal flaws. With a wide selection of colours and flavours, there is an EOS for everyone.

I used to have dry cracked lips and I believe that the EOS have solved my problems. Using only natural ingredients such as Shea butter these lip balms may be the answer to your problems!

As much as I would love to rave about how fantastic these lip balms are, I have picked up some small flaws. The material that the Eos lipbalm's shell is made of is a smooth, vibrant plastic. As nice as it is this material gets dirtied very easily and if you want it to keep it's shine you may need to wipe it every so often.

Majority of the EOS smell fantastic but there are some not so fantastic EOS, these including the Medicated Tangerine lip balm and the Passionfruit lip balm. I know that different people have different opinions of what these lip balms smell like but to me they smell horrible! According to me the Medicated Tangerine Lip balm smells like Sanitizer mixed with Tangerine and a really bad smelling moisturiser all in one. But after a while the smell clings on to you and you begin to like it so really there is nothing wrong with these lip balms because they are moisturising and smell amazing.

Overall I would recommend these lip balms to everyone looking for a great lip balm!

And by the way all Australians, EOS will be coming to Cosco in January 2014 so look out for them!
